Get to know Friends Community School. Friends Community School is a Kindergarten through 8th Grade Quaker progressive school that engages and inspires young children through adolescence. Located on 17 acres in College Park, MD, just adjacent to Greenbelt National Park, FCS offers a diverse, welcoming, and inclusive community, a commitment to educating the whole child, and a curriculum that emphasizes child-centered and hands-on learning.
