GrillMarX Steakhouse and Raw Bar will be opening on February 1st
The Hotel at the University of Maryland is excited to announce that GrillMarX Steakhouse and Raw Bar will be opening on February 1, 2023 for lunch and dinner. GrillMarX will provide our guests and visitors with a high-energy, upscale dining experience and add to the already extensive list of amenities and services at The Hotel including The Spa, The Lobby Bar and our personalized four-diamond service.
Located in the main lobby, this upscale restaurant will feature a chic, open concept, exclusive cocktails, salads, sandwiches, seafood and hearty hand-cut steaks with fresh ingredients prepped daily.
GrillMarX’s third Maryland location is especially significant for the University of Maryland as the Terrapins Football Head Coach Mike Locksley is part owner of GrillMarX, along with Andy Leach, Jackie Baker-Nees and Doug Kellner.
