Business Retention and Attraction Fund: The City of College Park is accepting applications on a rolling basis from Merchants seeking financial assistance with planning soft costs, construction build out and expansion of current premises. Although there is no limit to funding request, applicants must demonstrate need and commitment of their proceeds to the Project.

Facade Improvement Grant Application
Facade Improvement Grant: These grants are awarded to businesses for storefront signage and some interior improvements. Funding amounts are limited up to $15,000. Funds for this program may be exhausted as grant funds are appropriated on an annual basis.
