Prince George’s County New Initiative for Small, Local, Affordable Housing Developers
Prince George’s County’s Department of Housing and Community Development has launched the Emerging Developers Initiative to help small, local real estate developers build capacity and support affordable rental housing in the County. Interested developers can learn about the initiative and application requirements during a webinar on November 12, 2026, at 11 am. Applications are due December 4, 2026, at 5 pm.
