The City is excited to offer three available locations:

- 9825 Rhode Island Ave – College Park, MD 20740
Applicants must execute a lease agreement in order to be eligible for funding.
The Project Restore Grant Program, hosted on the City’s Submittable Platform, is here to help you bring your business vision to life.
This program provides financial assistance in two parts:
Part One: Pre-Project Documentation
In the first phase, applicants will focus on submitting pre-project documentation that outlines their plans and demonstrates readiness to move forward. This includes providing a clear picture of your project’s goals and how funding will be used to achieve them.
Eligible Uses of Funds
The grant can support a variety of business needs, such as:
- Renovation (Soft costs included as well)
- Equipment purchases
- Rent (up to $30,000
- Furniture & Fixtures
Part Two: Post-Project Documentation
Once your business has opened to the public, you will submit post-project documentation as part of a project close-out report to complete the process.
